I was out and about making photographs with my beloved Nikon D40 yesterday when suddenly the red channel decided to call it quits and stopped working altogether. Rest in Peace, Dominique (2008-2012). You truly were far too young, but you served masterfully in your nearly four years of honorable service. While you have left this realm, you will not be forgotten. No one forgets their first and you were mine.
