Meet Garry Nixon, also known as Pig Sty Avenue. Garry is a DeleteMe Uncensored regular and opened the local watering hole there a couple years ago. I had the pleasure of meeting up with him for a couple hours back in early November when he was in town for a business trip (all the way from Shanghai). We didn’t shoot much, but we did have plenty of excellent conversation about China and Chinese culture, particularly in regards to Western presence in China. I tried to explain baseball to him (as the Cardinals/Rangers game was on at the time), but as someone who doesn’t care much for the sport anymore, I’m not sure I sold him on the idea.
