I’ve been roadtripping across the Southwestern United States over the last several days and for a couple more days, and I thought it was high time to upload a photo from the trip so far. This photograph was taken at White Sands National Monument just outside Alamogordo, New Mexico. Unfortunately, the park (and bordering highway, US 70) close when the US Military is testing missiles in the bordering White Sands Missile Range, which happens two to three times per week on average. Regardless, I think that White Sands National Monument should be listed amongst the best places to shoot in the United States, especially since the park admission is only $3 per person.
