The Parting of Souls Gone Black

This photograph was made when I went roadtripping across the Southwestern United States back in the summer of 2011.

This photograph was taken at Carlsbad Caverns just outside of Carlsbad, New Mexico. It’s a wonderful walk around the cave with natural structures that are just completely unreal.
